2012 is here. A new year. Jared and I had every intention to stay up until midnight to ring in the New Year, but it didn't happen. We went to Santa Barbara after I got off work and had an early dinner. We were home by 7 and in bed and asleep before 11. We celebrated with our family in Texas and said Happy New Year at 10 o'clock our time...12 o'clock central time. Some people might say that we are old and boring, I say that we are happy and content. Who needs to go to a party? I am fine watching the ball drop on tv. I plan on writing more tomorrow, especially since I haven't posted any pics from our trip to Texas. But for now, Happy New Year.
